Twig & Stump putting a star on the sky

Another make with the cute Twig & Stump. I also cut out a couple of minis, to make a whole family. Same bucket hat for dad and his son:)

I made the background of Distress inks and the snow appears when you splat some drops of water on the paper. Rather a nice effect. The scarf on Stump I got from another die set; Accessories for the mini animals launched earlier this year.

 

Wiper card with the Christmas Foliage Wreath by Tim Holtz and Sizzix

I had this cardstock with eclectic colours from Sizzix, and decided I wanted to use it to recreate the beautiful wreath on the cover of the Christmas Foliage Wreath die set. I also wanted to do some fun on the inside, and made an easy wiper card, using another die set from this release. So fun:)

So much fun to be asked to participate in the launch of the Christmas collection by Tim Holtz and Sizzix. My favourites are the adorable Twig & Stump. I started off this week by making a tag with the two of them:)

Here are all the fantastic skus from the launch. Tomorrow, Saturday, at 18.00 Tim Holtz will host a live on Youtube where he will tell us all about this collection, and show all the different makes from different designers around the world. I am very much looking forward to this inspiration.

 

Skulls and ghouls and a foliage wreath:)

 I wanted to create a few tags with the slightly smaller foliage wreath released this week by Sizzix/Tim Holtz. It looks pretty good on a tag in this size. I made two Halloween tags, and two fall cards. Neutral colors for the first two, brighter colors for the other two. 

Spencer the skull is also part of this new collection. I think he looks great, but felt he needed some eyes to come "alive":)

Leaf fragments

 These beautiful leaf fragments are also part of the Sizzix/Tim Holtz release this month, now scaled down so they will fit smaller projects. I enjoyed myself using lots of stains, inks and oxides to create these fall colors.

Halloween release by Sizzix and Tim Holtz

 I was so happy when Sizzix asked me to participate in their Halloween release by Tim Holtz, and here is my first project. A vignette tray featuring Bones x 2 on a zipline on their way trick- or treating in the village. It is my first time using a vignette tray, and I enjoyed it very much.

The collection has old and new classics, both dies and embossing folders. So much to love:)!

World Cup Tag with Harrison the lion

 Tim Holtz/Sizzix´ Harrison was perfect to make a tag with some of the best Norwegian soccer players in the World Cup this summer. Row! Row! Row! So proud of this team:)

Anyone who can guess who these are:)?

And then I was inspired to also make a tag about the tennis tournament in Wimbledon:)

Making a tag with Clarence, Theodore and Gertrude

 The new mini animals from Tim Holtz are the perfect size to decorate a fun gift tag. Especially if you add the new mini accessoires. 

The background was easily done with Distress inks and some splatter. The balloon is from the die set Celebrate also by Tim Holtz/Sizzix. The text stamps are made by Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous. 

New Colorize Mini Animals from Sizzix by Tim Holtz

 What a joy to be asked to collaborate in the release of Tim Holtz´ Colorize Mini Animals! I had so much fun creating with these adorable lovelies :) 

I chose Theodore as my first project. He is quite a charmer. The flowers, the mountain and the cute woodpecker are also dies from Siizzix/Tim Holtz.

Here you can see the difference in size from the "old" Theodore versus the mini version. Also notice how fun the new mini accessoirs are, and how much personality they add.

How fun isn´t it to also make him a polar bear and a panda:)

Next up is Clarence the mini elephant. In my version he has just finished uni and is off for his first job:)

The suitcase is an old Sizzix/Tim Holtz die that I have used so many times. The cloud, the flowers, the numbers and the ink; all from the same brand.

The Clarence family. Look at the difference in size. So gorgeous in both sizes. The smallest is also perfect for smaller tags.

In this wintery scene I also added the little Easter rabbit. He seems happy on the back of his best friend:)

Here comes Gertrude. She is so sassy. Just look at her partying with her friends. Also here in both sizes.

Fødselsdagskort med motivark frå Scrappegarasjen

Alltid gøy med eit brettekort for å gjera det litt meir staseleg:) Her er det brukt motiv frå Scrappegarasjen sine motivark, og stempel frå Kort & Godt. Grattis-dies er frå Gummiapan.

 

Visiting Oslo in winter

I love to make travel layouts, and use different kinds of transportation dies and stamps as embellishments. This is made in connection with a digital crop at Scrappegarasjen where I was inspired by a sketch to compose the layout. The dies I have used to make frames around the photos are from Aall & Create.

 

Going to Rome

 This is a layout I made after our family trip to Rome in 2024. I used a large cutfie from Peartree Cutfiles as a background, and rub-ons and lasercuts from 49 and Market.
